REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, email anastasia@actingcareercoaching.com
You can participate in the Program fully for the first 3 sessions. If you do all the assigned work and don’t get value, we’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us under this Agreement less any external fees subject to the following conditions:
•Deadline to Apply for Refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request by 11:59pm EDT on April 22nd 2024.
•Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for your completed course work (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve).
•Company Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
•Please do not enroll in Actor’s Branding Blueprint if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this Program, and we expect you to do the same.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the content, recordings, methods or other materials related to this course.
RELEASE
By purchasing Actor’s Branding Blueprint you hereby grant permission to Anastasia Edwards aka Mariam Vallesteros and her company Acting Career Coaching at www.actingcareercoaching.com and www.actorsbrandingblueprint.com/join the right of my image, invade or still, and of the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. You understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.
Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may included but is not limited to: Presentations, Courses, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions or online advertising
By purchasing this program, you understand this permission signifies that photographic, video or audio recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the internet or in the public educational setting. You will be consulted about the use of of the photographs, video or audio recordings for any purpose other than those listed above. There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the Actor’s Branding Blueprint course hosted by Anastasia Edwards aka Mariam Vallesteros and her parent company, Acting Career Coaching.
